Gary Martin are second generation owners of Martin & Tope Real Estate Company. Gary received his Colorado State Real Estate Salesman's License in 1972, and his Broker's License in 1979.  With extensive experience in listing, selling, and developing Colorado Mountain Property, Gary has handed over the reins to his son, Josh Martin  & his wife, Brittany Martin.  Gary is still a broker here at Martin & Tope and will be available as needed.
